We work very fast to get your order out as soon as it is placed, generally you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.

Friendly Reminder: Please be mindful of the shipping address your parcels are sent to and ensure they are sent to an address where it is safe to leave them. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders whereby customers instructions are to leave them in a location which is not secure, or for parcels going missing after they have been scanned as delivered to the correct address.
Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of NZ$15.00 per order, $20.00 (Rural) or $10.00 for a Coastie Local delivery, or FREE if you wish to collect this from our store! Please allow 1 – 5 working days for your order to be packed and delivered within New Zealand (add an extra two days for rural delivery).
Auckland delivery is generally 2-3 working days, or in some lucky cases, overnight from when it is dispatched.
We use Courier Post (or in some instances, Aramex). Either of our courier companies will do their best to get it to you within this time frame but unfortunately we can’t 100% guarantee this.

WE NO LONGER SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES:
Since August 29, 2025, almost all shipments, regardless of value, are subject to duties and taxes. When goods enter the United States, customs duties and taxes are applied based on several factors including product type, country of origin (COO), and shipping value. Unfortunately, there is no tool in place to have any quotes, or even an estimate for what those costs could be for each parcel – for this reason, with no clear information to pass on to our customer’s, we cannot offer shipping to the USA. 🙁
