Hello Staff at Coast Photo.
Last week, I contacted Coast Photo about a Tripod plate which I inadvertently threw out when my camera was dunked in the sea 5 years ago. I have tried local, Australian and American photographic suppliers of Slik Tripods over the years.
Anastasia took my call and went away to look. A couple of hours later she phoned back to say they had one left. I duly ordered it.
That day, to order online, the website upload was slow and Anastasia was patient and helpful during this frustrating time (at least for me).
The order was duly processed and Claudine followed up with emails etc.
Today, my tripod plate arrived in less than a week. I live in Motueka. Again, another a little surprise with a Mackintosh toffee.
These ladies gave superb, friendly, informed advice on every step of the way of the process for a product that I had been told was not available just after the tripod was given to me as a gift.
This is true personal customer service that is so rarely evident today.

When I first made contact about some pictures I wanted to get printed for my partners birthday I didn’t have much idea of what exactly I wanted or what I could have. Claudine was fantastic, really helpful. She explained all the options I had in detail and went out of her way to send me links of examples I could look at, and was happy to give her professional opinion on what would be my best pick.
I decided to go for the MDF boards and I was blown away with them when I got them. The quality was magnificent and I was just so happy with the overall result at a great price. My partner was blown away also. They now have pride of the main wall in the lounge. Thanks guys.

We have a staff member who’s partner has been diagnosed with cancer. As a company we wanted to give them something of a positive nature for them to cherish during their time of need. We came up with the concept of a photograph of them both surrounded by their much loved pets. These guys certainly went out of their way to accommodate our unusual request.
